Anyone care to defend Sidi Abdul-Hakim Murad?

Brother Haroon at Avari-Nameh has written a series of his own contentions in the style of Abdul-Hakim Murad's Contentions series. A chap simply calling himself Muslim has posted slander in response, alleging that he has "insulted scholars" and that "the Muslim world would be a better place without his garbage and nonsense". He's gone on to post "proofs" derived from "Shaikh" Ali Timimi. Anyone care to go along there and defend one of the defenders of Ahlus-Sunnah?
