Salams,

I've been using the Opera 8 beta for the last couple of weeks and I really like it. The mouse navigation is the best - why bother with Shift Option N when you can just right click and move down to open another blank tab (okay I'm a Windoze user so I presume the Mac equiv. is to hold the button down and move the mouse downwards). The 'Notes" section of Opera 8 is fabulous too - for someone as scatty as me, who has lots of ideas as I browse and then forget them all when I move away from the keyboard.

I'm a big fan of it. It's got a few petty annoyances, but it works fine.

It renders XHTML and CSS better than IE. It has patched some of IE's glaring security holes like running executable files when you open them. It remembers your passwords and can block pop-up windows, and let you pick exceptions.

If you're using a Mac, I recommend Camino.

Asalamu Aliakum Yusuf,
Since you're the tech wizard, what is your take on Firefox ? I'm wary of Internet Explorer.
