I've always thought they should just allow Japan Rail to run the whole British network. They haven't had a single accident or fatality since the 60s and the trains always arrive within 10 seconds of scheduled time. London is just dreadful. I've been here nearly two months and there's never been a day when all Tube lines have been working. Interesting.
