As the Neocons still seem to be ever learning, empire is fraugt with perils. One thing we tried to tell them before hand is a pitfall that is so often fallen into by hubrous empire’s(Rome, Britain etc). IT is that If you don’t take the time to learn about the culture to respect that culture that your trying to dominate/exploit. Then well LOL your just asking for a world of hurt. It just boggles the mind.
