I&#039;ve seen quite a few reports about this over the years. The fact is that in some areas, there are 7-8 girls for every 10 boys, and that means that in those areas, 2-3 girls out of 10 are being killed.

		<description>Its disputed, but look at the reasons its disputed - none challenged the data. Rather, they claimed rules were in place (so it isn&#039;t happening, dont worry) and the other person claimed it simply isn&#039;t possible, because he would have noticed fewer girls.

Neither objection to the study is very scientific. I have thusfar not seen a serious challenge to the study.
