Brother Mustafa Davies has emailed me to ask for sponsors for his forthcoming climb of Mount Snowdon in north Wales (3rd July). The climb is being done in aid of the Muslim Hands Green Ribbon Week:
The aim is to increase awareness of the plight of innocent children of war and to raise funds to help suffering children all over the world. Muslim Hands' projects include emergency response and aid delivery, education provision, housing, safe water, orphans care and environmental projects, etc. in many different countries.
Donations can be made online here and when UK residents donate, 28% will be added from tax money. Their aim is to raise £2,000, but as of now they have only raised £50.
