Policy Exchange report questioned

Rolled-up Trousers: Newsnight rips apart mosque extremism report

A few questions were asked about the Policy Exchange report (which moaned about books saying things non-Muslims don't like being sold in some mosque bookshops) on Newsnight last night - among them why several of the receipts for the books their snoopers supposedly purchased in various mosque bookshops had the wrong addresses on them or were printed on inkjet printers rather than common till receipts.

A few facts to put together and some possible connections. Policy Exchange is, despite its own denials, widely viewed as being Neoconservative. Researchers for this report are now on a Sufi retreat. Policy Exchange has, in the past, stated its sympathy and support for the Sufi Muslim Council. The Sufi Muslim Council has links to other Neocon organisations, most notably the Hudson Institute. Both Hudson and the SMC are vehemently anti-Wahhabi. Were the researchers recruited via the SMC? If so, Newsnight's bullet would pass straight through PE and pierce the SMC. THAT might explain why the director of PE didn't want to newsnight to interview the researchers on camera!

"which moaned about books saying things non-Muslims don't like "
As muslims think people who say things muslims don't like should be killed they're ill-advised to complain about that.

According to the Guardian, muslim researchers who helped to compile the report were unavailable for comment because they were on a religious retreat in Mauritania. I hope that their mauritanian teachers advise them that fabricating evidence to amplify the "wahhabi threat" at the behest of their neocon paymasters is haraam.

"because they *were* on a RELIGIOUS retreat in Mauritania."

I'm lost for words. Do these people even know the meaning of religion?

Do tell what, Dr Mabuse? Where have "sanitized"- or even discusssed- "Israeli war crimes"? Precisely which "Israeli war crimes" are you talking about anyway? Where have I said that "killing hundreds of thousands of people over WMD lies is far more acceptable and honorable"? Far more acceptable and honourable than what? Is killing people with WMD is acceptable and honourable, if the right people do it?

So, people may think it is a joke. It is not.
People may even think it is silly. It is not.
I ask all to think about the Guantanomo deal and the recent "thoughts" based trial of a muslim girl.
Along these lines, I sent the following correspondence to the Mauritania Government:

-----------------

Dear Sir, Assalamu Alaikum,

May Allah SWT bless your country and your people and your fair rulers.

I would ask you to work with/without the UK authorities to arrest and bring to trial the people who have taken part in POLICY EXCHANGE's report in the UK.
The people who I refer to have been shown by investigative journalists to have forged evidence and thus participate in enciting racial/religious hatred and negatively affect community cohesion in the UK and possibly in other non-muslim countries.
You may be aware that there is a strong level of phobic attitudes towards muslims that are perpetuated by the media and result in violent and racist attacks.
I ask you to take an active step in the defence against such encitement against muslims living in non-muslim countries.

The people in question must be of British origin or at least on visas issued in Britain and they are attending a religous retreat. I am sure that your intelligence department will be able to identify these people easily.

Signed by real name of poster.
