		<description>I have left this comment on several blogs, but I think I will do so again. The problem is we don&#039;t have privacy laws in the UK, only a vague and general right to privacy due to ECHR.

This has led to rich people  abusing exiting laws (libel, breach of confidence etc).

A genuine privacy law may help distinguish cases of investigative journalism from snooping into peoples sex lives.
