		<description>Most Palestinian refuse to become citizens of those arab countries, because ALL refugiees according to International law and UN charter can Go home . so they are waiting for the UN to help them go home , from the land where they were chased from . Yes i agree the Arabs SHOULD help them so they have a better standard of living . they are despicable those dictators . But I also blame the Palestinian authority , why have 91 Palestinian embassy when Palestine does not exist , (and so much money is simply wasted away instead of helping the palestinian refugiees ) Arafat (i was not a big fan) also squandered (along with his advisors ) lots of money that was normally given to the Paelstinian citizens . it is a total mess .

		<description>&quot; I personally wonder why Nahr el-Bared cannot be closed and those who lived there integrated into Lebanese society&quot;
That applies to other Palestinian refugee camps in other Arab countries. The other problem is whether the societies concerned would be willing to integrate them; after all, in some Arab countries only a small percentage of the population are citizens, no matter whether they- or their parents or grandparents- were born there or not.
