It can’t be terrorism, as almost no regimes - even colonial ones - have ever been defeated solely by terrorists. (Although interestingly enough, the Khilafah Rashidun is a possible exception - it arguably degenerated into a hereditary monarchy under the blows of Kharijite terrorists.)

I get the impression that the “Eurabia” alarmism is simply an Islamization of “The Camp of the Saints”, Jean Raspail’s racist diatribe. Is he arguing that Europeans must one day become either dhimmis or génocidaires?

Surely European Muslims are not uniquely immune to the factors (eg sky-high house prices), which conspire to keep general birth rates low in Europe?

If Europe ever does turn Muslim, it is more likely because the current wave of ultra-secularism finishes Christianity as a viable force in Europe, meaning that next religious revival finds Islam the only game in town.
