Sookhdeo is only called an “Islam scholar” by the right-wing because he is… brown.

Sookhdeo’s PhD was about Christians living in Pakistan, which is certainly a respectable area of research, is clearly not the same as studying say Islamic history, law, theology or politics.

I honestly tried to read, but struggled with her badly written English. She could hardly describe or express anything except point fingers at people, places, and organisations. I even thought my name was going to be mentioned cos there was just too many.

Oh man, forget those people, they are zombies which must explain their lack of compassion and empathy. Lets hope she does not abuse drugs.

Salaams, Melanie is a complete nutter. I wonder if she has any serious mental health issues - like paranoid delusions that all Muslims are out to get her. I just found this description of her on UmmahPulse.com. "Just look at Melanie Phillips. Once a writer of some renown, she is now so bitter that she could be distilled down and painted onto children's fingernails to stop them from biting them - a dry husk of luminous radioactivity congealed around a pulsating core of extreme hatred for Muslims and Islam." This was just a matter of time in coming to be honest and something which has been mentioned often, even though many of the Sufi tradition are rushing to blame Salafis for many manifestations of extremism even Yusuf Smith is now on the receiving end of the stick. The reality is that many of these anti-Islamic elements have a problem with Islam and Muslims, of whatever persuasion.

I had a good laugh over the madhhab -> pro-Shari’ah -> “radical Muslim” train of thought. So simplistic and naive is their world. Life is so much easier when you’re able to classify 99.9% of the Muslim world as “radical” if one follows a madhhab. They should watch the one documentary (“Inside a Shari’ah Court”) where the judge featured in the film, Isa, states at the beginning, “Islam is Shari’ah, Shari’ah is Islam.” There’s a nice mantra for them to recite… until their heads explode.
