Hamza Case Falls Apart

Due to personal unfounded attack's by the Daily Mail newspaper calling me an unmasked football hooligan and personal attacks on myself and family by bloggers from the far left and supporters of the failing Labour Government, I wish to withdraw my police statement taken by the anti-terrorist squad for the FBI.

The 6-page statement lists a number of video tapes to be used in the extradition case of Abu Hamza and one video links James Ujaama to Abu Hamza. Without these tapes, which kick-started the case in America, it will be hard to present a valid case against Abu Hamza now that I'm withdrawing all evidence due to personal attacks and lies by the Daily Mail.

Good grief, that is a disturbing story. Knowing that such people are representing Islam, taking it upon themselves to educate people about Islam, is tragic.

And I usually just give in wearily to the whole cleric thing; I figured it's one of those close approximation situations that arise when we try to translate one cultural (or rather, religious) construct into the language of the other. You're right, though, and I appreciate your succinct explanation; it will come in handy for me!

The first business they did in the UK was forging vehicle insurance certificates and driving documents, funnily alleging that insurance was "haram" but ok to carry a fake insurance certificate for a princely sum of £30. The insurance companies then sorted their acts together as they centralised their data to make it easier for police to spot suspect drivers, so then they moved over to passports.

All this was known to the UK police and local communities, but somehow he had a capacity to brainwash them.
