The “hungarian” father he claims is actually a Jewish father. So I am not surprised to see racists and intollerable people coming out of such households. They shouldn’t be treated differently just because they invoke the “I lost families in the hocus-pocus” excuses.

‘I’m sure everyone in the UK has heard…’

Well, as I’d never heard of either of them before you mentioned them, you’re wrong again. In fact, I shouldn’t think many people in the U.K. had heard of them or this incident.

The information that someone of no importance was offensive to someone else who hardly anyone has heard of in the presence of all of…fifteen… people may affect his future employment prospects with the B.B.C. but is otherwise sompletely trivial. The fact that ‘Everyone in the room was just shell-shocked [yet another unfortunate choice of words]’ is evidence that his behaviour is not generally acceptable anyway.

But then again, it is completely acceptable, isn’t it. Muslims are fair game.
