PiKdev 0.8.4 released

Version 0.8.4 of PiKdev, a KDE-based IDE for PICMicro applications, has been released. PikMicro features a Kate-based multi-view editor for assembly and C code, with syntax highlighting. The new version features support for new devices and a revamp in the underlying "pkp" programmer, which does not require Qt or KDE, and other important changes.
