Gambas: new stable version

From KDE Apps:

Version 1.0.17 of Gambas, a Visual Basic-like development environment for Unix (with a Qt/KDE GUI), has been released. Changes include bug-fixes back-ported from the development version, affecting the IDE, the interpreter, and the evaluation, Qt and database components.
