Plans for KDE's 10th anniversary

From KDE Dot News:

14th October this year will be the 10th anniversary of the announcement by Matthias Ettrich of the start of the KDE project. Various events are planned around the world but the biggest will be in Stuttgart on the 13th (the party is to last into the 14th!); others are planned in Nijmegen (Netherlands) and Portugal.
