Twinkle v1.1 released

Version 1.1 of the SIP-based internet telephony app, Twinkle, has been released. Changes:

• French translation
• Presence (i.e. your first connection ending when you start a second, as on Yahoo/MSN Messengers etc)
• Instant messaging
• New CLI commands: presence, message
• Bug fixes, including 2 crashes
• Four new RFCs, two of them relating to Presence
