eric4 v4.1.3 released

From Qt Apps:

Version 4.1.3 of eric4, the integrated development environment for Python written using PyQt, has been released. This is a bug fix release. Screenshots here, downloads with requirements (no packages, just tarballs) here. Requires Qt 4.2 and Python 2.4.
