Nokia takeover of Trolltech approved
The European Commission today announced that it has unconditionally approved Nokia's voluntary tender offer for all the shares in Trolltech, and Nokia will now proceed with the offer, including the compulsory acquisition of all shares in the company. The shares will be acquired by Nokia's Norwegian subsidiary, Nokia Norge AS.
