Qt 4.6 Technology Preview Released — Qt - A cross-platform application and UI framework

A first technology preview of Qt v4.6 has been released. Major changes:

• New port to Symbian
• Support for Windows 7, Mac OS X (Snow Leopard)
• Enhanced UNIX platform support and optimisation for Maemo
• Performance improvements, particularly in Graphics View and OpenGL
• Ability to access and modify the contents of pages being browsed in WebKit
• OpenVG support, and improved DirectFB support
• Advanced graphics effects like opacity, drop-shadows, glow and filtering
• Gesture-based and multi-touch input methods

The source code can be downloaded here under LGPL v2.1 or a commercial preview licence.
