Nokia have released version 4.5.3 of Qt, along with an updated SDK (2009.04) and Visual Studio add-in (v1.1.0). This version features a small number of bug fixes to the classes and particularly to the database drivers and the Mac OS X version (changelog here). Downloads here, or you can check the new release out of Gitorious (tag v4.5.3 at qt.gitorious.org). Available under the GPL v3, LGPL v2.1 or a commercial licence.
