KDevelop 4 released

The stable version of KDevelop 4 has been released. Major features:

• Code navigation (i.e. the ability to jump to any declaration) and semantic highlighting
• Extensive signal-slot support for Qt programmers
• CMake integration
• GDB integration with Qt, KDE and STL types in human-readable form (such as QList items as expandable lists)
• Integration of documentation for both Qt and CMake with navigation via a tool view
• PHP plugin with solid OOP support
