A release candidate of Qt 4.7.0 has been made available; these include source packages and binaries (Mac Cocoa, Mac Carbon, MinGW 4.4 and Visual Studio 2008 for Windows, Symbian). Downloads are from here. The main new feature is Qt Quick, a declarative user-interface generation tool based on a JavaScript-like language (more details here).
