From KDE Look:

Version 1.0 of the KDE theme Polyester has been released. Changes:

• With colored scrollbars option turned off, the scrollbar handle has colored extremities on mouse over (similar to the Ubuntu theme)
• In the configuration dialog "Menus and toolbars" was misleading, now it's "Advanced"
• nice circles instead of asterisks in password lineedits. Idea from Daniel Molkentin (will probably be the default in KDE 3.6 btw)
• default button highlight when animations are disabled
• alphablending (yes, fake of course:)) at the corners of the popup menus
• corrected a bug in the sliders aspect
• window decoration: titlebar buttons icons have a cleaner aspect

From KDE Look:

Version 1.1 of the KDE theme Serenity, a very smooth theme with a matching window decoration which intends to remove as many lines as possible, has been released. This version adds the ability to accelerate or slow down the opening of pop-up submenus, faster gradient routines, three new button styles for the window decoration, and many more bug fixes and improvements (see changelog at KDE Look). Screenshots at KDE Look; downloads (source and Gentoo ebuild) at the home page. Requires KDE 3.2 or later.

From KDE Look:

A first beta of version 1.0 of the Polyester KDE theme has been released. This version contains a number of bug fixes, including one which caused the Opera menu bar to use the wrong colours, and various cosmetic improvements. Version 0.40 of the Qt/KDE theme QtCurve has been released. This version adds a configurable highlight factor (0-50%) and various other bug fixes and improvements (see changelog at KDE Look). Download at KDE Look; Kubuntu i386 package here.

From KDE Look:

Version 0.24.2 of QtCurve, a set of themes for both KDE and GTK based on BlueCurve (but very much modified), has been released. This version features a compile fix for KDE. Download and three screenshots at the KDE Look link above. (Not sure if it works with Qt without KDE or for Qt 4 - it's a very nice-looking theme.)

From KDE Apps:

Version 0.9.2 of a KDM Theme Manager, a KDE Control Centre module which switches and installs KDM themes, has been released. The main change is a "code clean-up"; the changelog also reads "When loading make sure a thumbnail is displayed, if one exists"; I'm not sure if this is an instruction to users or whether this is what the program does. From KDE Look

Version 2.1 of the KDE Lipstik theme (the standard on Kubuntu) has been released. This adds the capability to "compress" menus to save space, and three bug fixes. Screenshots can be found at the link above (and if you can find any Kubuntu screenshots, that's probably the theme being used).

From KDE Look:

The Tango Desktop Project have issued version 0.6.1 of their icon set, of which there are screenshots at both the KDE Look page linked above and at their home page. Note that they are meant to be used on GNOME and KDE and use the FreeDesktop.org naming conventions.

There is now a port of the GTK theme Clearlooks for KDE, ported by Joerg Koenig. Screenshots and downloads of the theme, currently at version 0.9.3, are available at the KDE Look link above. There are also RPMs for SUSE 9.1 through to 10, courtesy of "Guru", and packages of version 0.9.2 for Slackware.

KDE Look has got a link to a theme I've not come across before, Polymer. It's a widget style and window manager decoration "both aimed to be a good balance between eyecandy and simplicity", apparently derived from Plastik but much more rounded. Requires KDE 3.2. Screenshots at KDE Look; no RPM or DEB downloads as yet.
