And Hazil Rahaman-Alan wasn&#8217;t a terrorist, but a lone eccentric.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/uk_news\/story\/0,3604,1452821,00.html\">From today&#8217;s Guardian<\/a> (emphasis mine):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>He told police he planned to find an open public space where he would demonstrate that he had a grenade, hoping to attract the attention of the authorities and the media.
