I didn&#8217;t realise until I just read Amir&#8217;s blog that he was quoting from Irshad Manji.  Well, Amir has done some research and has found <a href=\"http:\/\/amirbrooks.blogspot.com\/2004_05_01_amirbrooks_archive.html#108550083575803517\">no trace of it<\/a>!
