Bah, humbug!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#39;s <em>Guardian<\/em> features an investigation into the alleged &quot;War on Christmas&quot;, in which various council, health service, charity and education functionaries supposedly erase reference to Christmas, prevent people from putting up Christmas light displays and invent stupid names like &quot;Luminos&quot; and &quot;Winterval&quot; for the sake of political correctness and to avoid offending them Mozzlums.  Trouble is, it&#39;s all a load of nonsense.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/g2\/story\/0,,1967198,00.html\">The phoney war on Christmas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(Another incident of &quot;PC gone mad&quot; is on the <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/1\/hi\/england\/devon\/6161491.stm\">BBC News site<\/a> now, in which a hospital in Devon has turned down a visit from the Christmas carol singers.
