Malicious bloggers stop Muslim meeting in Florida

I got this bit of news from the CAIR email circular: an article from the St Petersburg Times about how a malicious "blogger" named Joe Kaufman, a regular at Front Page and chairman of an outfit calling itself Americans Against Hate, which seems to concern itself entirely with bashing American Muslims they claim are linked in some way to Hamas or Islamic Jihad, managed to prevent a Muslim event taking place in Florida. Among the clangers Kaufman made (or falsehoods he deliberately circulated, depending on your point of view) was to accuse someone of running a Jihadi website when in fact he was running a web hosting service, and a client was hosting the Jihadi site …

(Actually, FPM is not a blog as such, although many of its contributors may have blogs and this claim may well have been circulated on actual blogs.)
