Who is this man?

A man looking a lot like the one in this picture (which is a police e-fit, reproduced in [this BBC report](http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4957060.stm)) firebombed a convenience store in Kennington, south London, in broad daylight at 3:30pm yesterday. The attack led to the death of a Kashmiri man, Khizar Hayat, whose family were affected by the recent earthquake, and injured three other employees. The arsonist is described as black, “barrel-chested” with a shaved head, and in his early 30’s.

Update 30th April: the incident is now being linked to [at least two other arson attacks](http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4959980.stm), one on a newsagent’s in Tulse Hill on the 14th, and the other on a corner shop in South Norwood on the 20th. The incidents are being treated as racist attacks as no other motive can be found.
